The made headlines in free agency, as the franchise signed Pro Bowl quarterback Kyler Murray. With Murray expected to come in and, at the very least, push J.J. Jonathan Aranda Jersey McCarthy for the starting job, some think it is Kyler's to lose. Given that he offers more as a quarterback than McCarthy, plus his ability as a runner, Murray could be a great addition. And then there's this: Murray's former teammate in Arizona, DeAndre Hopkins, recently stated that if the Vikings or Kyler wanted him in 2026, he'd be all for that. "Kyler ... that's my bro, man. Kyler is like family," Hopkins said, via . "Whatever I can do for someone like that -- if Kyler needed me, if the Vikings need me, they know I'll be there." Yes, there are still a lot of things to play out over the coming months, but as the days go by, it feels like Murray is firming as the starter, and we aren't even at offseason workouts yet.
