Does digital filing really help with remote work?

For a team that sometimes works from home, would going paperless make collaboration easier, or does it not make much difference?
I used to think paperless systems were just about saving space, but after reading about it on https://www.open-web.info/, I realized how useful they are for remote work. We switched to digital files, and suddenly everyone could access documents from anywhere. That meant no more waiting for someone at the office to scan and send paperwork. Sharing encrypted files directly also made things much faster and more secure. For my team, collaboration became smoother because everyone had the same version of documents at the same time. It removed the stress of losing track of paper copies. Honestly, remote work became way more effective once we cut out paper. For any team that’s partly online, going paperless makes a big difference.
