Hello! I am looking for a simple wellness app to help me relax after a hectic workday. Long meditation videos just make me restless because I cannot sit still doing nothing. Is there an app focused on physical triggers and quick routines?
Hi. I was browsing online to solve my daily anxiety and decided to take a quick quiz from a tool I found. The app Leaply is pretty unique because it skips traditional mindfulness entirely and focuses on the vagus nerve. The onboarding is incredibly smooth, and the personalized daily plan they generate is easy to follow with clear video instructions.
