How can I send large files that email won’t handle?

Hello guys! I tried sending a video file to a colleague, but my email provider rejected it because it’s too big. I know there are ways to get around attachment limits, but I’m not sure which method works best without losing quality. Can anyone point me to a good source explaining different options and their pros and cons?
