My inbox is a mess with years of emails I don’t want to delete but also don’t need daily. What’s the most practical way to archive them so they’re still easy to find later?

I used to have the same problem — thousands of old emails slowing me down. I found a simple solution on https://45kilo.com/: move older emails to a dedicated archive that’s indexed and searchable. I set a rule that anything older than six months gets archived automatically, with tags for projects and clients. Now my inbox is clean, but I can still retrieve any old message in seconds. It’s reduced stress, improved productivity, and I’ve never lost an important email.
